Giving Back to the Community That Gave Us So Much

At Bear’s Plumbing Services, giving back isn’t a marketing initiative or a once-a-year gesture. It’s part of who we are. As a family-owned and operated business rooted in the Spring–Klein community, we’ve always believed that strong businesses are built on strong neighborhoods. The same community that welcomed us, trusted us, and helped us grow over the years is the community we’re committed to supporting in meaningful ways.

From the very beginning, our company was shaped by relationships—neighbors helping neighbors, families supporting families, and local organizations working together to make a difference. That mindset continues to guide how we show up, not just on the job, but beyond it. Whether it’s supporting local schools, youth programs, or faith-based organizations, our goal is simple: to give back in ways that matter.

Supporting Local Schools and Student Programs

Education and youth development are close to our hearts. Schools play a vital role in shaping future leaders, teammates, and community members, and we’re proud to stand behind programs that help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

We are honored to support Concordia Lutheran High School in Tomball each year through several of their community events, including Musical Bingo, their annual Golf Tournament, fun runs, and girls’ softball. These events bring people together while directly benefiting students, and we’re grateful to be part of something that fosters school spirit, teamwork, and opportunity.

We also proudly sponsor the Country Lake Estates Swim Team, helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and a love for competition. Team sports teach lessons that last far beyond the pool, and we believe those experiences are worth supporting.

Our commitment extends to multiple schools across the area, including Klein High School girls basketball, where we support student-athletes who balance academics, teamwork, and dedication every day. We’re also a Blue Sponsor for Oak Ridge High School, backing programs that encourage growth, leadership, and school pride.

In addition, we proudly support the Grand Oaks High School Fishing Team Booster Club, recognizing that not all students shine in traditional sports. Programs like these give students a chance to pursue unique interests, develop skills, and find confidence through shared passions.

We also serve as a Touchdown Sponsor for the Klein Collins Booster Club, helping fuel school spirit and community involvement around athletics that bring families together on Friday nights and beyond. And at the junior high level, we support the York Junior High PTO through their Blue Community Sponsorship, contributing to programs that enrich the student experience during these formative years.

Faith, Family, and Community Roots

Faith and family have always played an important role in our lives, and we believe in supporting organizations that share those values. We proudly support Trinity Klein Lutheran Church & School in various capacities, helping sustain a place that provides spiritual guidance, education, and a sense of belonging for many families in our area.

For us, supporting faith-based organizations isn’t about recognition—it’s about strengthening the foundations that help communities stay connected, compassionate, and grounded. These institutions serve as anchors for families, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their continued impact.

Our story didn’t begin with a large operation or a long list of sponsors. It began with one person, one truck, and one community willing to give us a chance. Over the years, we’ve grown alongside the families we serve, watching neighborhoods expand and generations move through local schools and programs. Giving back is our way of honoring that journey.
